February Fun at Troy Public Library

Hear about all the fun activities for kids (toddlers through teens) coming up in February at Troy Public Library, including a pre-school concert, a birthday celebration for Clifford the big red dog (with WMHT TV), amazing magic by Jim Snack, make-your-own scrunchies for teens, and heaps more.
