February Activities at Troy Library

Do you want to explore Black history through films including “Loving,” “Hidden Figures,” and “Black Klansman”? Maybe learn ways to unlock your psychic gifts? Or hear about the paranormal? How about using ChatGPT to create gnome Valentine cards (yes, gnomes)? And what’s this about “Valencrimes”? These and more are all covered in activities coming up at Troy Public Library in February and early March. Christiann Gibeau, the new director of adult and reference services, also gives a sneak peak at programming in the works (hint: film literacy events). Brea Barthel welcomes Christiann to her first piece for Hudson Mohawk Magazine. For more details on activities and registrations, visit www.thetroylibrary.org.
