Ellie Markovitch Gives “Host” Event this Wed. June 12 at PHS

“Host!” is a project by Ellie Markovitch to engage with the local community, creating opportunities for skill sharing, the use of local food, and food rescue. Ellie has a deep history with the Sanctuary, and she will be back this week to give a “Host” workshop at People’s Health Sanctuary on Wed. June 12 from 5-7pm. Ellie’s collaborator is Amy Halloran, and she spoke with Sina Basila Hickey about Ellie’s visit and their shared love of food.
