Carl Sprague at ” The Grand Budapest Hotel”

The exhibition at the Opalka Gallery “Setting the Stage” featuring the remarkable career of Carl Sprague, Senic Designer Art Director, of 40 + films and TV series, explores his life long adventures in design. Here he speaks to Hudson Mohawk Magazine’s Andrea Cunliffe about a memorable adventure on the set of The Grand Budapest Hotel. This award winning film The Brand Budapest Hotel ‘s set was based on Art Director Carl Spragues conceptual renderings.
