St Rocco’s Midwinter Day Marathon Mixdown

St. Rocco’s Poetry Collective, in association with The Bookstore in Lenox, MA , is holding their annual marathon reading of “Midwinter Day,” a book-length poem about the Town of Lenox, written all on one day, December 22, 1978. Poet Bernadette Mayer passed away in November 2022 so this reading will also be a celebration of her life and work.
Moses Nagel spoke with Alexis Baghat, one of the founders of St. Rocco’s about the event.
The event will take place Saturday January 7, at the Lenox Public Library from 1-5pm.
For questions about attending the reading, call The Bookstore 413 637 3390 or email [email protected].
If you would like to read or have questions about the reading order, please contact St. Rocco’s — [email protected].
