Saratoga Springs City Council Report May 2

Saratoga Springs City council meetings have been the site of protest and tensions for the last few months as local Black Lives Matter activists have clashed with Public Safety Commissioner Jim Montagnino over the city’s implementation of a 50 point plan to address racism and recent arrests of speakers at the public meetings. Moses Nagel reports on the May 2 meeting.
