Review of the State of the State 2023

On Tuesday, Governor Hochul delivered the annual State of the State address outlining her priorities for the coming year. Housing, criminal justice, heath care, and climate were some of the key issues she raised. As always, the State of the State is intended to provide an upbeat message with the details and harder issues addressed in the budget proposals to come out a few weeks later. Mark Dunlea and Sally Becker reviewed some key points.
