NYS Climate Action Plan Approved

For nearly three years, the New York State Climate Action Council has been working on a long term plan to meet the goals set out in The Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act.
The Scoping Plan is meant to serve as an initial framework for how the State will reduce greenhouse gas emissions and achieve net-zero emissions, increase renewable energy usage, and ensure climate justice. Moses Nagel reports on the vote for approval of the plan which took place at the end of last month.
