Marne Lucas on the Art of Legacy and Being an End-of-Life Doula

NYC artist and end-of-life doula Marne Lucas speaks about her creative work with the Bardo Project in preserving artists’ legacies after receiving terminal diagnoses. She also talks about her experiences as a doula guiding people through the end of their lives while also sharing her death plans.
Veronica Maroulis, a student from RPI, is trying to change the cultural taboos around discussing death through a series of interviews with people in the industry to promote a deeper understanding of the topic. If this resonates with you, consider going to the Death Cafe at People’s Health Sanctuary on the evening of April 27th.
