Making Green Sauce with Collard City Garden

If the heat and humidity keeps you out of the garden, take those garden ingredients and make a green sauce! Collard City Garden took their garden open hours inside on July 28, 2023 and used various ingredients from the garden to make a pesto or a version of “green sauce.” In this segment, Sina Basila Hickey spoke with Ellie Irons, Sienna Thiem, and neighbor Peter Liporace.
