Jubilee USA Updates Push For NY Bill For Third World Debt Relief

Opposition from the financial community has begun to mobilize against the push by the Jubilee USA Network for the NY Taypayer and International Debt Crisis Protection Act. The measure would require so-called vulture firms to comply with internationally negotiated agreements by governments to relieve third-world debt.
