Troy Art Block Murals

28+ artists created murals for Troy Art Block in the Church Street Alley in Troy, New York, completing their work on the 14th and 15th of October. These permanent works were curated and created with the support of the Art Center of the Capital Region. Hudson Mohawk Magazine’s Andrea Cunliffe captures the spirit on the street with the artists as they paint and talks with Project Manager Belinda Colón.
