Bryon Russ Gets Clemency

At the beginning of April Governor Hochul granted clemency to seven people across New York. There were five pardons and Joaquin Winfield and Bryon Russ received the two commutations. Mr. Russ was sentenced to 40 years in prison, of which he has served close to 23 years. Elizabeth (EP) Press spoke to Bryon’s wife, Jolene Russ.
