Sam Fein on Expansion of Capital City Rescue Mission

The 70-year old Capital City Rescue Mission in the South End of Albany is seeking permission from the City for a $6 million, 31,000 square foot expansion, including a 200 bed dormitory. Local residents have raised concerns particularly about the impact on children at the nearby Giffen Elementary School. County Legislator Sam Fein joins Mark Dunlea of Hudson Mohawk Magazine to discuss the issue.
