Lisa Jiardini Presents a One-Woman Show About Letting Go

Artist and performer Lisa Jiardini will be performing her one-woman show “Up in the Air,” about letting go of what no longer serves you, at the Arts Center of the Capital Region on November 9 & 10. She spoke with Sina Basila Hickey about her performance work, how it has influenced her life outside of performing, and others who inspire her in the Capital Region.
