Katy Carroll on the Disability Day of Mourning

March 1 is the Disability Day of Mourning which memorializes people with disabilities who were killed by those responsible for their care. Katy Carroll is the Disability and Program Coordinator for the Association on Aging in New York.
She spoke with HMM’s Blaise Bryant about the event and its significance.
