Global Greens’ Report on COP27

The recently concluded COP27 climate gathering in Egypt for the first time agreed to the concept that the industrialized countries should pay for “loss and damages” to developing nations in the Global South, but the details and actual funding remained to be determined. World leaders once again failed to agree to the emission cuts needed to prevent excessive global warming. Frank Sheridan of the Global Greens was in Egypt and provides an overview of the event.
