Environmental Justice Groups Urge Hochul to Sign Cumulative Impact Acts

More than 100 groups have sent a letter asking Governor Hochul to sign the Cumulative Impacts Bill, a critical environmental justice measure that has passed in both houses of the state legislature. The bill would require state agencies to consider all the pollution from a community when deciding on a permit for a facility. Sonal Jessal of WE ACT for Environmental Justice talks about the measure with Mark Dunlea for Hudson Mohawk Magazine. www.weact.org
