Reclaim Pride

With the growing acceptance of Pride has come encroachment from corporate interests who hope to sanitize the event and remove the radical resistance at the roots of the movement. Local activists held an event Sunday, June 27 at Townsend Park in Albany to refocus pride on the struggles of queer people.
