BIPOC Represented with Art Under the Hoosick Street Bridge

The community around the Hoosick Street Bridge in Troy chose Jade Warrick, aka Trash Kid, as the artist best suited to design the mural to alleviate this scar through the neighborhood. HMM’s Sina Basila Hickey spoke with Jade about her concept and its relationship to the community.
