Gertha Depas Speaks at Troy Rally for Black Lives

Gertha Depas is the late Edson Thevenin’s mom. At Sunday’s Troy Rally for Black Lives, she spoke briefly, but poignantly, about her son’s killing in 2016 by the late Troy Police Sergeant Randall French, and about the lack of due process or justice or accountability.
