Associate Professor of Law and Director of the Constitutional Rights Clinic at Rutgers University, Alexis Karteron, talks to HMM correspondent Corinne Carey about the presence of federal agents on U.S. streets and constitutional norms and remedies. Carey and Karteron also talk about the confluence and conflict of the Black Lives Matter movement, and the protests against federal overreach on the streets of U.S. cities.
