Reclaiming History – Rapp Road Historical Association 2 -1-2019

Today we have the members of the Rapp Road Historical Association Ms. Beverly Bardrequeaz, Ms. Juanita Neighbors, and Ms. Stephanie Woodard. All members of the Rapp Road Historical Association that celebrate and commemorates the black settlers who fled from the deep south in the in 1930-40 fleeing the Jim Crow- Sharecropping system. Sharecropping was an exploitive tenant farming system used by white landowners to enslave Black in the south from reconstruction up to the 20th century.
