WOOC Roaming Labor Correspondent Willie Terry attended the Underground Railroad History Project “1st Annual Veteran’s Day Remembers Event” on November 12, 2018 at The Stephen and Harriet Myers Residence in Albany, where he recorded remarks given by SUNY Albany, Professor Oscar Williams on the history of African-Americans in the US Military from the Revolutionary Period to World War II.
