Environmental Bill Of Rights passes NYS Senate

The NYS Senate recently passed Senate Bill S528 to amend the State constitution to add an “Environmental Bill of Rights,” also called the “Green Amendment.” If it passes the Assembly, NYS voters will see it on the ballot in 2021. The lead sponsor of the bill, State Senator Robert Jackson, joined HMM’s Alexis Goldsmith to discuss this historic bill.
