Edible Uprising On Farming During COVID – 19

On March 20th, Edible Uprising quarantined their one acre farm in South Troy. Now they are focusing on increasing production to prepare for possible food supply issues during this pandemic. Co-owner and farmer Alicia Brown spoke with Correspondent Melissa Bromley to discuss all of the ways they are preparing the farm during COVID-19.
