Albany Clean Air Act in Race to Stop Tire Burning

The Albany County legislature is set to vote on a clean air ordinance on Dec. 16 but now may put the bill on hold. By Mark Dunlea of Hudson Mohawk Radio Network (and husband of Ms. Enck)
