Cristina Todino

Cristina is an intern at the Sanctuary for Uptown Summer and Fall 2018. She is working on social media, radio, and video. She is currently going into her junior year at SUNY Albany, working toward a BA in Journalism and a Duel BA/MA in Organizational Communication. Throughout her undergrad, she has been admitted into Lambda Pi Eta, the Communication honor society at UAlbany, volunteered as a content creator for The Odyssey, and worked as a social media sales representative at Freezecrowd Inc. Cristina found the Sanctuary when looking for internship opportunities to get involved with media production.
Within The Sanctuary for Independent Media, Cristina is working closely with social media in relation to the radio station, WOOC, by looking to find ways to advance WOOC’s social media presence. She is enjoying her role at the Sanctuary and discovering the role of community within it. She looks forward to continuing to collaborate with various, dedicated people at the Sanctuary.
