HMM 08 – 17 – 21

Today, on the Hudson Mohawk Magazine,
We begin with hearing from participants at this week’s Tonko Tuesday event, including folks representing People of Albany United for Safe Energy (or PAUSE), the Green Education and Legal Fund, and others.
Then, we hear a report on the August 14th protest in Albany to encourage Paul Tonko to support a resolution to defend the rights of Palestinian children and families living under Israeli occupation.
Later on, a Youth Sanctuary Radio producer interviews the summer youth program photographer about her tools, techniques, and reasons for working with the Media Sanctuary.
After that, musician Ryder Cooley tells us what the Dust Bowl Faeries are up to and where we can hear them play.
Finally, we reach into our archives to replay our interview with Slovenian professor and bio-artist Polona Tratnik.
