Aileen Javier talks with Dr. Laurie Nadel on her new book The Five Gifts: Discovering Hope, Healing, and Strength When Disaster Strikes.

We finish with an interview by Amy Halloran about how COVID-19 has impacted the work of the Capital Area Boys and Girls Club.
