HMM 12 – 13 – 23

We begin with a review of the recently concluded COP 28 climate meeting.

Then our peace bucket, Moses Nagel gives a report on the recent Palestinian rights forum by Bethlehem Neighbors for Peace that provoked local efforts to block it.

Later on we hear a report from the Capital District launch of the Unemployment Bridge Program by the Columbia County Sanctuary Movement.

After that, we hear about a recent federal commitment to rapidly replace all lead pipes in America’s water system.

Finally, we hear words of peace and justice that were spoken at the Sanctuary’s recent candle lighting event at Freedom Square.
