HMM 10 – 30 – 2023

We begin with Mark Dunlea reporting on the October 27th rally at the Capitol calling for peace in the Middle East.

Then, Elizabeth “EP” Press brings us her interview with Irene Sorriento, the Republican candidate for Troy City Council’s District 5 seat.

Later on, we hear about Museum Hue, a nonprofit group helping BIPOC folks start and thrive in careers in museums, art galleries, and other cultural organizations.

After that, Sina Basila Hickey talks with Phyllis Galembo about her recent photography exhibit “Dressed for Thrills: 100 Years of Halloween Costumes and Masquerade.”

Finally, Hugh Johnson is back for our weekly exploration of climate and weather, this time focusing on the tropical storm that hit Acapulco, the anniversaries of a couple of storms in this region, and a forecast for Halloween and beyond.
