HMM 09 – 20 – 21

Today, we begin with a look at the process for redrawing districts for New York’s congressional representatives.
Then, we hear from BJ Stasio, a self-advocate representing the Self-Advocacy Association. BJ spoke about his own experience as someone who is not able to get the proper assistance for his needs.
Later on, we hear a report on this past Saturday’s LatinX Parade and Festival in Hudson, NY.
After that, Corinne Carey brings us an HMM election watch where she talks with D.Colin Charlestin, who is running for Troy City council.
Finally, Sina Basila Hickey tells us about Albany Spin Jam a local event at the Corning Preserve.
