NATURE Lab Workshop with Simone Johnson: Urban Sprout Entrepreneurship Incubator

Have you walked past our Collard City Growers permaculture garden lately? On the west side of 6th Avenue between Glen and 101st street in North Troy, we have a hoop house with a ton of potential! Join us to learn more about Collard City Growers, what a hoop house is and discuss ways it could benefit surrounding neighborhoods and the wider community.
The Entrepreneurship Incubator is a series of seasonal community gatherings focused on Collard City Growers, a volunteer-run food justice project. It is for anyone in the community interested in inter-generational space-making, gardening, food and environmental justice, creative expression and collaboration, personal growth, leadership development, volunteering and much more.
We are committed to lowering the barriers to access for events at The Sanctuary for Independent Media. For people who are hard of hearing or deaf, blind or low-vision, or whose physical limitations can interfere with a satisfying experience, let us know two weeks in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
