Collard City Growers (CCG) is a food justice arts and permaculture project located on a formerly abandoned lot on the Sanctuary’s campus in North Troy. The wealth of nourishing and useful plants grown here represents the cultural and environmental regeneration in our post-industrial neighborhood.
