Supporters in Schenectady Push for Clean Slate

Today, 2.3 million New Yorkers are prevented by current law from accessing employment, housing, education, and other basic life essentials. A proposed state Clean Slate law attempts to help those who have served their time to resume their lives. Supporters in Schenectady are trying to pass a resolution in support of the law.
