Sanctuary Radio is a low-power, non-commerical radio station featuring hard-hitting local, national, and international news and public affairs programming along with a multicultural mix of music from the African Diaspora and beyond. Hudson Mohawk Magazine, Sanctuary Radio’s flagship program, features local news created by volunteers. It airs weekdays from 6 to 7pm and replays the next morning at 7am and 9am. 

Jazz Sanctuary features music and occasional interviews and is dedicated to supporting jazz in the Hudson Mohawk region. A rotation of DJs perform weekdays from 7pm to 10pm. 

Our World Music Mix features music from the African Diaspora and beyond including African pop, reggae, jazz and more. Music runs during the weekends and from 10am to 3pm and 10pm to 6am weekdays. 

We feature syndicated programming covering national and international news and public affairs programming such as Democracy Now!, WINGS, Radio Survivor, Black Agenda Report, and more. See our full schedule below.

The Hudson Mohawk Magazine is a locally-produced news hour that provides sanctuary for the discussion of a wide range of ideas.

Jazz Sanctuary is a wonderful celebration of all that is creative, dedicated to supporting jazz in the Hudson Mohawk region.
