What’s Going on at the Albany Waterfront?

Currently Albany’s waterfront to the Hudson River is occupied by highways: an eye sore that creates noise, emits fumes, and takes up what could be green space. Albany Riverfront Collaborative is trying to change that. Sina Basila Hickey asked Reif Larsen to tell us more.
