Arbor Hill Discussions

The Arbor Hill Branch of the Albany Public Library has faced challenges from its youth patrons this year, exacerbated during times when police issues and violence have wracked the neighborhoods it serves. We were there as the library board of trustees wrestled with the problems, as well as when community groups and pastors continued the discussion.
