Field Recording Workshop

What does North Troy sound like to you?
Join artist and musician Lisa Schonberg in a workshop about field recording, and contribute to a soundwalk exhibit! Participants will go out into the neighborhood surrounding the Sanctuary with microphones to record the cityscape. Participants’ recordings will later become part of a soundscape composition. Those recordings will be showcased at the Annual North-Central Troy Holiday Interfaith Justice and Peace Celebration on December 9, as well as become part of a future Eco-Art Trail soundwalk exhibit throughout the Sanctuary campus. North Troy residents prioritized, but open to all! Ages 8+ (please provide adult supervision for littler kiddos).
