Annual North-Central Troy Interfaith Holiday Justice and Peace Celebration

The Sanctuary for Independent Media invites you and your loved ones to join us for our annual North-Central Troy Interfaith Holiday Peace and Justice Celebration!
On December 9th, from 2PM – 4PM, we will gather in the Sanctuary Main Space where free food will be provided, along with:
- Cookie decorating
- Face painting
- Family portraits
- Free store
- Gift giving
- Write for Rights letter writing table
- Make your own winter tea blend table
- Make your own winter decor table
- Listening station from field recording in North Troy
From 4PM – 5PM, we will gather in Freedom Square to celebrate and reflect on this year, culminating in a tree lighting! We welcome all to this celebration and encourage those attending to bring a friend. We at the Sanctuary look forward to seeing faces old and new, and wish you a merry and warm holiday season!
In the spirit of justice, peace, and equity, we will be collecting gifts for the North-Central Troy community. We welcome contributions, including:
- New or slightly used: Toys, winter clothing, blankets, etc.
- New: Toiletries, beauty products, non-perishable food, etc.
