March for Palestine on 3rd Anniversary of Oct. 8

On Oct. 8, Close to 200 people in Albany joined the March for Palestine – for the Living, the Martyrs and the Land – on the 3rd anniversary of the launch of Netanyahu’s genocide in Gaza. An estimated 75,000 Palestinians have been killed and most of the buildings have been leveled. Oct. 7 was the 3rd anniversary of Hamas’ attack on Israel, which killed over 800 civilians and 1200 total. The rally stopped at State Comptroller Tom DiNapoli’s office to protest his investments in Israel and end at the federal O’Brien Building. We hear from Tom Ellis of the Palestinian Rights Committee, Porcupine, poet and nurse Jeid Ebank who has spent time in the West Bank, and Hana of the Public Dollars for Public Goods campaign in Troy.
