Groups Push Senate to Impeach DOCCS Comissioner

On Tuesday May 26, more than a dozen protestors yelled from the NYS Senate gallery calling upon the Senators to support impeachment proceedings against the Commissioner of the Department of Corrections and Community Services, Daniel Martuscello III. The protestors charged DOCCS has continued violating the HALT Solitary Confinement Law . We also hear from Anne Rabe for the push to a moratorium on state funding for new nuclear power plants.
