Build More Get More Act – Senator Bottcher Interview

Correspondent Arbor Mae meets with State Senator, Erik Bottcher, who represents the 47th District of NY State (covering parts of Manhattan). In the second interview of this two part series on the proposed, “Build More, Get More Act,” The Senator discusses the environmental impacts of suburban sprawl, the need for walkable cities, and the impacts of the housing crisis in New York. This bill aims to incentives NY state municipalities to build more housing by providing them with a minimum of $10,000 per housing unit.
