On October 4th a shooting in Albany’s Pine Hills neighborhood resulted in the death of a 15-year old boy and the wounding of three other teenagers. During October 5th’s Albany Common Council meeting, community members and council members raised their concerns about the recent increase in street violence. Lennox Apudo reports.
