2027 Troy Library Budget Vote and Board of Trustees Election

The 2027 Library Budget Vote and Board of Trustees Election is taking place on Tuesday September 22, 2026 at both the Lansingburgh and Troy branches of the library. This year this is only one person on the ballet for three positions so that means that the voter gets to write in two people. Alizah DeVit and Sean Millington have been campaigning for the write in vote. To discuss this and the library budget Elizabeth Press spoke to Interim Library Director, Rita Covelli.
