In the final installment of the All of Us Black History Month discussion series: Resilience & Resistance, co-founder Jamaica Miles moderates a discussion on the importance of finding joy in the midst of the struggle for liberation. The commentators include: Nikki Rodgers, Albany educator and yoga instructor, Damonni Farley member of the Schenectady City Council, Paul ‘Batman’ Collins-Hackett, Director of the Red Shelf and Vice-President of the Albany Fund for Education and Lisa Good , founder and director of Urban Grief who gives the first answer to the question of the importance of joy.
