Emergency Action for Climate Superfund

On Tuesday, April 2, environmental, faith and youth group leaders will join with elected officials to hold a news conference, calling on Governor Hochul to include the Climate Change Superfund Act in the final State Budget. Groups will release a report on how the bill would lift up state-designated disadvantaged communities with $1 billion a year for 25 years in a row. Kaylee Evans of NYPIRG spoke with Sina Basila Hickey for Hudson Mohawk Magazine.
