Support Programs Offered by Catholic Charities

Hear about the variety of services offered through Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany. Sister Betsy Van Deusen, the CEO, describes some of the 85 programs offered in 14 counties for tots to seniors. She outlines the challenges of food insecurity and the need for expanded support. Sr. Betsy also notes that one location, Sunnyside Child Development Center in North Central Troy, will be celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2025, and explains why that Center is so important as a place for kids to be kids despite the violence around them.
