Steele’s Run for Troy City Council Prez

Sue Steele is running in the Democratic Primary election for Troy City Council President, a position that will be vacant because the current Council President, Carmella Mantello, is term-limited and also running for the position of Troy Mayor. Hudson Mohawk Magazine political and public affairs correspondent Corinne Carey spoke with Steele about her candidacy, the issues facing Troy, and what voters might be surprised to know about her. The Democratic Primary will be held on June 27, and early voting starts Saturday, June 17. An edited version of this interview aired on the Hudson Mohawk Magazine on WOOC 105.3 FM on Wednesday, June 14.
